Risk of Loss

Title to products passes from iMerchant Village to Customer on shipment from facility of iMerchant Village. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected either by iMerchant Village or by Customer is Customer's responsibility.

Sales Taxes

iMerchant Village shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within California. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.

Typographical Errors

iMerchant Village attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, iMerchant Village does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by iMerchant Village itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, iMerchant Village shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. iMerchant Village shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, iMerchant Village shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
